This policy explains how Ceilidh Costello ("I", "me") collects and uses your personal information when you contact me, book a call, or fill in a form, including forms on Facebook and Instagram ads. I keep it simple: I only collect what I need to help you, and I never sell your information.

I won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one, and you can tell me to stop contacting you at any time.

who I share it with

I don't sell or rent your information. I use a small number of trusted tools to run my business, such as my calendar, email and customer records, and your information may be stored with those providers so I can do my work. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) handles information you submit through its lead forms under its own privacy policy.

how long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as I need it to help you or as required for my business records. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

your choices

You can ask to see the information I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email me and I'll take care of it.
